The 1L small volume ensures experiments are completed with minimal material, avoiding waste. It utilizes imported oxygen content detection instruments to ensure accurate readings; the entire machine employs multiple sealing devices to ensure no air leakage, enabling experiments to be completed with the least amount of gas consumption. 1: The mixing chamber and rotors are made of new alloy steel material, undergoing special vacuum heat treatment, CNC machining, and surface mirror polishing, ultimately achieving overall steel wear resistance and corrosion resistance (salt corrosion, acid corrosion, alkali corrosion, hydrogen sulfide corrosion, and various other types of corrosion).

2: Servo Coaxial Separation Technology, Easy Cleaning and Material Change

Utilizing advanced servo coaxial separation technology, the rotor can be separated with one end face as the axis, breaking the bottleneck of traditional internal mixers. The open-close mixing chamber effectively controls unnecessary economic losses caused by material contamination. When the mixing chamber opens and closes, the rotor remains suspended in the middle, making cleaning and material changes convenient. The rotor is detachable, allowing staff to clean every part, with a full-range, no-dead-angle design.
