1. Screw Elements and Core Shaft
1) The screw and core shaft are connected using an involute spline. The modular barrel adopts wear-resistant bimetallic material with an α-101 inner lining and hard alloy sleeve. Screw elements are made of wear-resistant high-speed tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V2, while the screw core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA material. The first barrel section is equipped with a main feed port, the third barrel section has a fiberglass port with a blind plug, the fifth section features a vacuum exhaust port, and the remaining barrel sections are closed.

2. Gearbox:
