1. Installation: First, determine the installation position and method of the lamp based on the actual needs of the work site, then prepare a corresponding length of Φ10～Φ14 mm three-core cable according to the distance from the lamp to the power connection point.
2. Wiring: Loosen the M6 hexagon socket screws on the upper cover, open the lamp upper cover, loosen the compression nut at the cable inlet of the lamp, remove the sealing piece, pass the power cable through the compression nut into the lamp's internal terminal block, connect and secure the wires, then tighten the cable compression nut, and finally reinstall the lamp front cover.
3. Replacing the Light Source: When replacing the LED and circuit board, open the lamp front cover, flip it downward, first remove the reflector cup, then take out the LED assembly and circuit board, replace with new LED assembly and circuit board, and install the lamp front cover.
Precautions
1. During transportation, place the lamp in the provided cardboard box with foam cushioning for shock absorption.
2. When installing the lamp, ensure it is safely grounded nearby.
3. During use, the lamp surface will experience some temperature rise, which is normal; the center of the transparent part has a higher temperature and should not be touched.
4. When maintaining the lamp, the power must be disconnected first.
Safety Warnings
1. Before replacing the light source or disassembling the lamp, the power must be cut off;
2. It is strictly prohibited to open the lamp while it is powered.
3. When inspecting the circuit or changing the light source, wear clean white gloves.
4. Non-professionals should not arbitrarily install, disassemble the lamp, or the ballast.
