As an upgrade and iteration of the traditional 180-degree circular arc guide rail, UFTrak’s U-shaped design not only extends the 180-degree U-shape but also achieves the same optimization and upgrade for 90-degree circular arc guide rails.

The new generation UFTrak system is designed for circular rail transmission lines and precision cyclic assembly lines. It features extended straight sections with an integrated design and production process for arcs and straights, enhancing operational smoothness and stability.

It reduces equipment vibration and noise, and decreases installation time and difficulty for alignment.

The UFTrak straight-to-straight splicing process allows for quick and stable alignment installation using simple tools, which can be easily learned and mastered. This also enables the standardization, promotion, and application of UFTrak circular rail components.
In traditional curved splicing structures of arcs and straights, practitioners require extensive training and expertise to judge the quality of the splice.
In the UFTrak circular rail process, the U-shaped rail is integrally formed, extending a straight section from the center of the circle for seamless splicing with straight rails;
This eliminates the curved對接 method in traditional solutions (where two independent standard components, a 180° circular arc rail and a straight rail, are spliced);
In the new UFTrak solution, U-shaped rails are easy to align and splice, significantly reducing assembly time compared to traditional methods. The splice offers high strength and stability, with minimal risk of loosening or noise.
Currently, we have mass-produced seven standard規(guī)格 series components with diameters ranging from 250 to 610 mm, maintaining effective year-round inventory.
In the new UFTrak process, the integrated seamless splicing method of U-shaped rails will be presented as an upgraded and迭代 form of the traditional solution.
In the longer term, we will continue to optimize and improve the high rigidity and high efficiency of circular rail transmission systems based on the existing UTS synchronous belt circular rail transmission system:
UTR precision steel belt circular rail system;

UTL precision linkage circular rail system;
UTF modular flexible circular rail transmission system.
We may even develop high-speed/high-rigidity circular rail solutions specifically for magnetic suspension circular lines.
