1. During the automatic straightening process, the operator only needs to handle the loading and unloading of workpieces (automatic loading and unloading can also be configured). Actions such as measuring workpiece bending, locating straightening points, applying pressure for straightening, and inspecting the straightening effect are automatically completed by the machine.
2. The equipment has a software-based correction setting function to protect workpieces from being over-corrected, preventing breakage or cracking.
3. The equipment features digital display of workpiece bending and intuitive bar graph visualization. The fully Chinese human-machine interface is aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly, making it easy for operators to learn and operate.

The straightening software can statistically process previous straightening data, establish and adjust straightening curves, and automatically apply correction values based on the degree of bending for rapid straightening. Depending on the characteristics of the workpiece, the system can set the straightening sequence of measurement points according to the operator's instructions.
