Instrument Overview

The Dual-Temperature Zone Intelligent Digestion Instrument is a heating device developed and produced according to national standards for the rapid determination of chemical oxygen demand (CODcr). It features a dual-temperature zone control system, where each zone operates independently without interference, allowing simultaneous digestion of items such as COD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and total chromium. This instrument utilizes our self-developed intelligent water quality digestion system, combined with an independently developed intelligent PID precision algorithm. It boasts fast heating speed, accurate temperature control, uniform temperature distribution, minimal error, and simple operation, making it an ideal instrument for laboratory digestion and heating. It is widely used in water quality testing and research across various industries, including environmental monitoring, scientific research institutions, sewage engineering, petrochemicals, biomedicine, metallurgy and steel, food and dairy, aquaculture, wool textile printing and dyeing, and leather papermaking.

Instrument Features

1. Dual-temperature zones can operate simultaneously or independently, allowing users to configure the zones according to their specific needs.

2. Utilizes an STM32 control chip for precise temperature control, with dual zones operating independently without interference.

3. Intelligent precision PID algorithm ensures rapid heating speed, stable temperature with minimal drift, and high efficiency.

4. Built-in digestion programs for COD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and total chromium, enabling one-touch startup without additional setup.

5. Built-in digestion programs allow arbitrary adjustment of digestion temperature and time, facilitating compatibility with foreign-brand testing instruments.

6. Each temperature zone includes five customizable modes, which can be configured based on user requirements.

7. The instrument features a built-in PID calibration/setting program, allowing users to adjust the PID algorithm independently.

8. Equipped with imported high-power heating modules for fast heating, long lifespan, and excellent uniformity.

9. Transparent integrated protective cover provides heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and visibility, enabling easy observation of digestion status and ensuring operational safety.

10. Built-in dual over-temperature protection with automatic power-off when exceeding the set temperature, safeguarding both the instrument and personnel.
