The gear teeth engage via spur connections. The internal ring gear is made of 42CrMo, subjected to quenching and tempering, and shaped by gear shaping. Three planetary gears are paired with one planet carrier, with the internal teeth meshing with the sun gear and the external teeth engaging with the internal ring gear. During installation, striking with tools such as hammers is strictly prohibited to prevent excessive axial or radial forces from damaging bearings or gears. The installation bolts must be tightened before the force bolts are secured.
