TMBY ball mill reducer is a designation method of Tailong reducer, which can also be represented as MBY. It is a single-stage transmission gearbox with a steel plate welded housing. The internal gears and pinions are thickened and reinforced, forged as a whole, providing greater load-bearing capacity and making it more suitable for heavy-duty applications such as cement, mining, metallurgy, coal, coal mining, metal forging, and other industries. It offers high load-bearing capacity, long service life, and smooth transmission.

The TMBY900 hardened gear surface reducer uses HVALO bearings and imported oil seals. It features an internal lubrication system connected to an external thin oil station, which can be installed anywhere near the reducer based on environmental conditions. The reducer must be installed on a flat and solid foundation and secured with anchor bolts. Both the input and output shafts are connected to the motor and equipment via couplings, with attention to their concentricity. During initial use, it should run idle for a period before gradually increasing the load.
