It adopts a direct mounting method suspended on the input shaft of the matching host power shaft, eliminating the need for connecting accessories between the two and the reducer installation platform. It is suitable for mechanical transmission in equipment such as bucket elevators, belt conveyors, and scraper conveyors, and can also be matched with other host machines that have similar installation requirements.

The product is manufactured in accordance with the JB/T9050-1999 standard. The main transmission components are made of alloy steel, and the gears undergo carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes, achieving a precision grade of 6. The product features a compact size, high load capacity, long service life, low noise, and an efficiency of up to 96%. It imposes minimal rigidity requirements on the frame of the matching host machine, ensuring balanced transmission. In addition to bidirectional operation, the product can be equipped with a backstop device as per user configuration to achieve unidirectional braking.
