I. Overview

It is a new type of gas flow meter developed by our company with domestic leading technology. This flow meter integrates flow, temperature, and pressure detection functions, and automatically compensates for temperature, pressure, and compression factors. It is an ideal instrument for gas measurement in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgy.

II. Main Features of the Swirl Flow Meter

1. No mechanical moving parts, corrosion-resistant, stable and reliable, long service life, and requires no special maintenance during long-term operation;

2. Equipped with a 16-bit computer chip, high integration, compact size, excellent performance, and strong overall functionality;

3. The intelligent flow meter integrates flow probe, microprocessor, pressure, and temperature sensors into one unit, adopting a built-in combination for a more compact structure. It directly measures fluid flow, pressure, and temperature, with automatic real-time compensation and compression factor correction;

4. Dual detection technology effectively enhances signal strength and suppresses interference caused by pipeline vibration;

5. Utilizes leading domestic intelligent anti-vibration technology to effectively suppress interference signals caused by vibration and pressure fluctuations;

6. Features a Chinese character dot matrix display screen with multiple digits for intuitive and convenient reading, directly displaying volume flow under working conditions, volume flow under standard conditions, total volume, as well as medium pressure, temperature, and other parameters;

7. Employs EEPROM technology for convenient parameter setting and storage, capable of saving historical data for up to one year;

8. The converter can output frequency pulses, 4–20mA analog signals, and includes an RS485 interface for direct connection to computers, with a transmission distance of up to 1.2km;
