Application Areas and Construction Methods

Vitrified hollow microsphere inorganic thermal insulation mortar is widely used in thermal insulation projects for building interior and exterior walls. Its construction methods include the following steps:

Base Layer Treatment: Ensure the base surface is free of dust, oil stains, and other debris that may affect bonding performance. If the base layer is dry, it should be moistened with water first.

Interface Agent Treatment: Mix the specialized interface agent according to a water-cement ratio of 1:4, stir evenly, and apply it to the base layer with a thickness of about 3mm.

Mortar Mixing: Mix the inorganic thermal insulation mortar according to a water-cement ratio of 4:5.5 into a slurry, ensuring it is evenly mixed without powder lumps.

Plastering Construction: Apply the plaster according to energy-saving requirements. For thicknesses above 2cm, apply in multiple layers, with intervals of more than 24 hours between each application.

Curing: After construction, cure for 3-5 days. After curing, waterproofing treatment is recommended.
