TF Inorganic Thermal Insulation Mortar

TF inorganic thermal insulation mortar is a new type of energy-saving mortar material used for plastering interior and exterior walls of buildings. It is mainly divided into cement-based inorganic thermal insulation mortar and gypsum-based inorganic thermal insulation mortar. It offers excellent properties such as energy efficiency, waste utilization, thermal insulation, fire and frost resistance, and aging resistance. Additionally, it is low-cost and has broad market demand.

Composition and Characteristics

TF inorganic thermal insulation mortar is pre-mixed and dry-blended from selected imported renewable dispersible polymer powder, inorganic cementitious materials, high-quality aggregates, and additives that provide functions such as water retention, thickening, plasticity, and crack resistance. It exhibits strong adhesion to various insulation materials, along with good flexibility, water resistance, and weather resistance. It can be mixed directly with water on-site for easy application, and is safe, environmentally friendly, and compliant with industrial policies.

Application Scenarios

TF inorganic thermal insulation mortar is suitable for civil and industrial buildings in hot-summer and cold-winter regions, as well as hot-summer and warm-winter regions. It is also used in energy-saving renovation projects for existing buildings' exterior wall insulation. All its raw materials are inorganic, making it a Class A fire-resistant insulation material. The atlas also provides selection tables for the thickness of exterior wall insulation layers, applicable to external wall insulation, internal wall insulation, and composite insulation systems. It includes structural descriptions, technical performance requirements, construction specifications, and related structural details.

Construction Methods

Substrate Treatment: Ensure the substrate surface is free of dust, oil stains, and other debris that may affect adhesion. In hot weather or when the substrate is dry, moisten it with water to achieve a state of internal dampness and external dryness.

Interface Agent Treatment: Mix the specialized interface agent for the insulation system at a water-cement ratio of 1:4 until uniform. Apply it to the substrate with a notched trowel to create a鋸齒狀 pattern, with a thickness of approximately 3mm.

Mortar Mixing: Mix the inorganic thermal insulation mortar at a water-cement ratio of 4:5.5 until uniform and free of lumps.

Application: Apply the mortar according to energy-saving requirements. For thicknesses exceeding 2cm, apply in multiple layers, with each layer間隔 at least 24 hours. After application, cure for 3-5 days and perform waterproofing treatment.
