1. Features of Tieren Machinery Wire Rope Clips (National Standard Forged): Complies with GB/T5976-2006, ensuring stable fastening with wire ropes. The internal structure is compact, offering excellent mechanical properties. Compared to some gray cast iron KTH rope clips, the forged wire rope clips undergo destructive heavy pressure tests, where the clip base undergoes plastic deformation without shattering.

2. Wire ropes have both right-hand and left-hand lay directions, so the rope surface should match the lay direction of the rope groove in the clip base to increase friction and extend rope life. Therefore, wire rope clips are also divided into left and right types and should not be mixed. Suitable for wire rope diameters ranging from 6-60mm. For wire ropes with special structures such as 8-strand or triangular strands, consult the supplier before ordering.

3. When purchasing wire rope clips, inspect the dimensions of the U-bolt threads.

① The dimensions of the U-bolt should meet standards. If the opening is too large, the rope strands may misalign; if too small, clamping force may be affected.

② The outer diameter of the threads should comply with the requirements of GB/T197-2003. Excessive clearance between threads and nuts may result in insufficient grip strength, and corrosion can further cause nut slippage, which requires special attention.

4. Correct arrangement of wire rope clips: The clip spacing should be 6-7 times the rope diameter (this is the arrangement method under natural conditions). For special fastening situations such as thimbles, wedge sockets, or joints used in combination, consider the rationality of arrangement and overall system factors.
