The company currently employs more than 50 staff, including 13 engineers and 30 thermal spraying (welding) technicians, providing strong technical capabilities and substantial construction capacity.    

With thermal spraying technology at its core, the company processes a variety of high-strength, ultra-wear-resistant, and anti-corrosion mechanical equipment. It offers batch customization of various products such as petroleum plungers, functional rollers for the iron and steel metallurgy industry, and ceramic thin-walled bushings. Since 2018, the company has engaged in the research, development, and production of ceramic coating blades. This new business growth point emerged from years of experience serving the paper industry and thorough market research. Leveraging collaborations with universities, the company has developed and launched high-speed ceramic coating blades that rival world-renowned brands, providing an import substitution solution. This helps both new and existing customers reduce costs, increase production, and improve efficiency with professional products and services.

As thermal spraying technology continues to advance rapidly, customer demands are also constantly increasing. Since its establishment, the company has placed great emphasis on technological innovation and has pursued industry-university-research collaborations with several institutions, including Qilu University of Technology and Harbin Institute of Technology, at various levels.
