This product is a high-solid-content dispersion liquid obtained through a special process of multi-component copolymerization and cross-linking modification of aliphatic anionic water-based polyurethane. The coating film is flexible and transparent. It exhibits strong quick tack, adhesion, cohesion, bonding strength, and resistance to natural aging; excellent initial tack, self-adhesion, holding power, elasticity, toughness, pressure sensitivity, self-healing properties, and biocompatibility; outstanding heat and cold resistance, abrasion resistance, flex resistance, yellowing resistance, solvent resistance, and weather resistance; good waterproof and water resistance, breathability and moisture permeability, antibacterial and mildew resistance, sweat and oil resistance; high peel force and peel strength. It conforms elastically to skin or substrates, is non-toxic, pollution-free, non-irritating, and has low sensitization; it has good compatibility and wettability with various pigments, Chinese herbal medicines, and other substances. The overall performance is balanced and stable, and viscosity and adhesion can be adjusted as needed. It is repositionable multiple times, with no peeling, edge lifting, residue, or deformation on the applied surface. It is water-based and environmentally friendly, widely versatile, and suitable for various special applications.

III. Performance Characteristics:

◎ Water-based emulsion, free of harmful substances, non-cytotoxic, non-irritating to skin, non-flammable, minimizes skin damage upon removal, environmentally friendly.

◎ Can be mixed with various Chinese herbal extracts and medicinal powders at different viscosities to produce adhesive plasters without the need for thickeners.

◎ S802A resin emulsion is soft and highly elastic, with small and broad particle size distribution, temperature and moisture resistant, waterproof without delamination. Moderate surface tension, good thixotropy, strong conformability, high stretchability, excellent peel performance, and comfortable feel.

◎ S802B is a water-based high-temperature resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive resin emulsion modified with epoxy silicone and nanomaterials. It has a low film-forming temperature, tough film, high tensile shear strength, large elongation at break, long adhesion duration, resistant to damp heat, high temperature, impact, and UV radiation.

IV. Main Applications:

◎ Can be used alone or physically combined with water-soluble polymers, Chinese herbal extracts, additives, hydrogels, nanoparticles, etc., as a medical or pharmaceutical pressure-sensitive adhesive with comfortable skin adhesion, reducing issues like moisture and rash caused by poor breathability.

◎ With good hydrophilicity, repositionability, and skin compatibility, it can serve as an adhesive for transdermal drug patches, Chinese herbal ointments, wound plasters, wound dressings, gauze bandages, transdermal absorption tapes, medicinal patches, and protective plasters.

◎ Can be used as an adhesive for medical adhesives, medical tapes, sanitary products, medical patches, Chinese herbal patches, biomedical electrode patches, functional patches, waterproof dressings, surgical films, sanitary napkins, diapers, beauty patches, heating patches, window decals, advertisement stickers, cold laminating films, etc.

◎ Can be formulated into pressure-sensitive adhesives applied to substrates such as cotton gauze, spandex, nylon, medical latex threads, non-woven fabrics, pure cotton, chemical fibers, etc., to produce medical self-adhesive bandages, sports bandages, athletic support and protection tapes.

◎ Combined with traditional Chinese herbs and other substances, it can manufacture medical dressings that help skin resist external stimuli and promote wound healing; paired with cooling or moisturizing compositions of Chinese herbs for physical cooling of closed soft tissues, cold compress therapy coatings; combined with anti-inflammatory and soothing Chinese herbs for anti-irritation and anti-inflammatory skin care medical cold compress patches; mixed with broad-spectrum antibiotics or added with antibacterial components to produce medical products for preventing bacterial growth, avoiding wound infection, and promoting physiological recovery; combined with plant fragrance compositions to create deodorizing bandage coatings that effectively cover and absorb odors from wounds.
