I. Overview and Application:

This product is an aqueous dispersion of an organosilicon epoxy-modified aliphatic polyurethane polymer with specific factors. It penetrates into the interior of road and floor stone slabs, offering strong resistance to yellowing, scratching, seepage, weathering, and impact, as well as inhibiting the growth of algae and mold. It is resistant to water, oil, wear, staining, acids, alkalis, UV radiation, high and low temperatures, corrosion, and chemicals, with excellent performance. It has good self-leveling properties, is compatible with pigments and fillers, offers excellent color stability, and provides outstanding brightening effects. It is easy to apply, cost-effective, has strong adhesion, and a long service life. It can be used for colored or colorless sealing protection on high-wear surfaces such as floors, roads, walls, flooring, factory workshops, and public spaces, as well as for renovating old surfaces and seepage prevention in underground engineering and cement piers.

III. Application Process:

Matte coatings can be applied directly; colored coatings can be used by adding corresponding pigments, fillers, or luminescent powder as needed. Viscosity can be adjusted with water or thickeners. To enhance product performance, curing agents or coupling agents may also be added.

IV. Packaging, Transportation, and Storage:

Packaged in 20–125 kg plastic barrels. Non-hazardous, non-toxic, transported as ordinary aqueous solutions. Store in a cool place; shelf life is 6 months.
