Water-based anti-fouling agent is a multilayer network structured block copolymer aqueous dispersion prepared through processes such as hybrid emulsification and bonding, using nano-silicone or fluorine and polar group compounds combined with inorganic materials. It is self-curing at room temperature. After application on the substrate, the anti-fouling factor penetrates into the micropore inner walls and micro-cracks, undergoing chemical reactions with the substrate. Simultaneously, active components bind to the substrate surface, creating hydrophobic and oleophobic effects, forming a durable, lotus leaf-like, waterproof, oil-proof, and anti-fouling nano-coating. The treated substrate maintains its original appearance unchanged.

【Usage Method】

SC505 is a siloxane composite anti-fouling agent. SF515 is a fluoroalkyl polysiloxane anti-fouling agent. The concentration should be adjusted based on the target material and intended use.
