The coating mimics biological effects, forming a gas film upon curing on the substrate surface. This gas film exhibits excellent waterproofing and superlubricity, along with effective sterilization properties.
When applied to marine equipment, it significantly reduces the adhesion of marine organisms. The coating offers superior anti-corrosion performance, markedly delaying the corrosion and aging of marine facilities. It incorporates a biodegradable resin film-forming agent based on lactic acid, which forms a smooth mucous membrane on the hull surface after curing. This membrane continuously degrades during vessel navigation, ensuring the hull surface remains smooth and thus achieving anti-biofouling effects. The coating has strong sealing properties, effectively protecting the substrate from liquid corrosion, thereby providing waterproof and anti-corrosion benefits.
