Product Description:
Magnesium-stabilized zirconia features strong thermal shock resistance, high-temperature resistance, excellent chemical stability, and outstanding material composability. It can significantly enhance material performance parameters, improving fracture toughness and bending strength, among others. Therefore, it is not only used in structural ceramics and functional ceramics but also in improving the surface characteristics of metal materials (thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance, etc.).
Compared with yttria-stabilized zirconia, magnesium oxide-stabilized zirconia has the prominent advantage of excellent mechanical properties and creep resistance at relatively high temperatures.
