The basic principle of magnetic separation sewage treatment equipment involves adding magnetic particles to the traditional flocculation and sedimentation process. Through steps such as flocculation, attraction, adhesion, charge adsorption, bridging, and net capture, insoluble pollutants in the water—such as algae, micro-suspended solids, colloids, and bacteria—are effectively combined with magnetic powder. This ultimately forms high-density flocs, which rely on gravity and the principle of inclined tube (plate) sedimentation to achieve rapid solid-liquid separation. The sludge from the sedimentation tank is sent to the magnetic powder sludge separation system via a回流 pump for recovery, allowing the magnetic powder to be recycled. The separated sludge is discharged into the sludge tank for dehydration treatment.
