1. Suspended solids wastewater enters the reaction system, where magnetic media mix with the wastewater to form magnetic wastewater;
2. PAC (Polyaluminum Chloride) coagulates with the magnetic wastewater; PAM (Polyacrylamide) is mixed with the wastewater;
3. Flocculation occurs, with magnetic media combining with suspended solids in the wastewater to form magnetic micro-flocs;
4. Wastewater containing magnetic micro-flocs enters the HRMD magnetic separation equipment. The separated magnetic sludge is dispersed and separated via the magnetic media recycling system, and the magnetic media are reintroduced into the wastewater for reuse.

Magnetic Separation Media Recovery Equipment:

After the sludge enters the magnetic media recycling system, it is first dispersed by a high-speed disperser (using mechanical and hydraulic forces), then enters the magnetic separation drum to separate the magnetic media (magnetic seeds) from the non-magnetic sludge. Non-magnetic sludge is discharged from the bottom of the drum and pumped to a sludge dewatering machine for dehydration. The magnetic seeds enter a mixing tank to form a magnetic seed slurry of a certain concentration, which is then transported via a magnetic seed delivery pump to the coagulation reactor for repeated use.
