Automatic inspection device control function: It performs low-frequency automatic inspection control for fire pumps and sprinkler pumps, as well as low-speed automatic inspection for spray pumps. The inspection cycle is 24 hours, with each single pump inspection lasting 10 minutes. The inspection cycle and duration can be adjusted from a few minutes to several days based on actual requirements. In the event of a fire, the programmable controller will instantly stop the inspection upon receiving the fire command, start the fire pump, and manually shut down after the fire is extinguished.

       2. The device features audible and visual alarms and fault memory function. The operation is clear and easy to understand with a Chinese menu, capable of memorizing faults such as short circuits, phase loss, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and communication errors, facilitating maintenance and operation by personnel.

If a fire occurs during inspection, the inspection will immediately stop, and the fire pump will start instantly. It is fully functional, capable of performing low-speed and pressure-free inspection of the main fire circuit and fire pumps. It includes protections against overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuits, and phase loss. In case of a fault during inspection, the automatic inspection device will trigger audible and visual alarms and has a data memory function to record transient parameters at the time of the fault, aiding in maintenance and analysis.
