The SNL screw jack, compared to worm gear screw jacks, is characterized by high efficiency, easy adjustment of the reduction ratio, as well as features such as convenient installation and use, compact size, light weight, wide range of power sources, no noise, multiple functions, and high reliability. This series of products has a self-locking function and can accurately control and adjust the lifting or pushing height according to the program. With diverse structural forms, the lifting height can be manufactured according to user requirements.

This type of jack synchronizes the lifting of the substrate through angular rotation, using four-point, six-point, and twelve-point motion linkages to lower the substrate height and reduce motion errors. Additionally, planar lifting can directly and quickly achieve efficiency, saving space, increasing output, and ensuring higher quality stability.

Screw jacks are also known as screw transmission mechanisms. They are primarily used to convert rotary motion into linear motion or linear motion into rotary motion. Some are designed mainly for transmitting energy (such as screw presses and jacks), while others are for transmitting motion (such as the feed screw of a machine tool table). There are also screw transmission mechanisms for adjusting the relative positions of components. Screw jacks can be classified into sliding friction mechanisms and rolling friction mechanisms. Sliding screw nut mechanisms are simple in structure, easy to process, and low in manufacturing cost, with a self-locking function. Screw Jack Mechanism 1. Working Principle: Balls are placed between the threaded raceways of the screw and the nut. When the screw or nut rotates, the balls roll along the threaded raceway, creating rolling friction during relative motion. To prevent the balls from rolling out of the raceway, return guides are installed at both ends of the nut's spiral groove, forming a circulation loop with the threaded raceway to allow the balls to circulate within the nut's raceway. Transmission Forms Based on the combination of relative motion between the screw and the nut, screw jacks have four basic transmission types. (1) Nut fixed, screw rotating and moving: This transmission form eliminates potential additional axial movement of the screw bearing since the nut itself acts as a support. It has a relatively simple structure and can achieve high transmission accuracy. However, its axial dimension should not be too long, otherwise rigidity will be poor. Therefore, it is only suitable for applications with small strokes. (2) Screw rotating, nut moving: This transmission form requires restricting the rotation of the nut, so guiding devices are needed. It features a compact structure and good rigidity of the screw, making it suitable for applications with larger working strokes.
