I. Product Performance Introduction

This product is designed for closed cooling systems containing steel, iron, copper, and other yellow metals. It is free of heavy metals and serves as a corrosion inhibitor for various closed-loop water systems. It effectively controls corrosion under a wide range of conditions and is used to prevent corrosion of copper and copper alloys in heat exchangers. It forms a protective film on the surface of the protected object.

Containing corrosion inhibitors, it forms a passivation film on the metal surface, isolating corrosive media in the water from the metal surface, thereby protecting the metal material from corrosion.

Suitable for closed-loop chilled water systems in various process equipment such as air conditioning, power generation, and injection molding.

When used as a corrosion inhibitor for closed-loop water systems, apply at a ratio of 1:600 (product to system water). For systems with lower medium temperatures, use this ratio; for systems with higher medium temperatures, double the dosage.

IV. Packaging and Storage

This product is packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 25 kg per drum. Store in a ventilated and dry place. The shelf life is one year.

V. Safety Precautions

During operation, pay attention to labor protection. Wear rubber gloves and protective goggles. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not ingest!
