Printed Die-Cut Anti-Burst Arch Strips

Arch Strips: Used on both sides of steel blades, featuring high hardness to effectively buffer blade pressure. Prevents paper grabbing, paper fuzzing, and paper dust issues. Suitable for corrugated paper die-cutting, protecting the corrugated paper from damage while preventing edge bursting and fuzzing. Usage Instructions: 1. Install one strip on each side of the die-cutting blade, close to the blade body. 2. Use glue or specialized white adhesive for arch strips to attach the anti-burst strips to both sides of the steel blade line, combined with creasing strips. The strips should protrude 0.5–1.5 mm above the steel blade line. Use fast-drying adhesive and ensure it is completely dry before use; otherwise, displacement may occur, leading to adverse effects. 3. Before the steel blade line forms, allow the strips to contact the corrugated paper first to ensure a flat creasing area. 4. Once the strips fully flatten the corrugated paper, the steel blade line and creasing strip base mold work together to achieve the creasing effect. 5. Hardness selection: For cardboard, white 70-degree arch strips are recommended. If creasing issues occur with 450G or above, use 50-degree arch strips. For corrugated paper, use 50-degree arch strips to protect the corrugation from deformation. 6. Use 7.3×5 mm specifications for narrow spaces and 7.3×8 mm for normal spaces.
