(1) Whether the units and residential areas have marked fire lane markings and signs, and set up warning signs in accordance with relevant regulations and the "Fire Lane Marking Setting Standards" (Appendix 1).
(2) Whether obstacles such as parking spaces, structures, and fixed isolation piles are set up on the fire lane, and whether there are obstacles such as trees, overhead pipelines, billboards, and decorations between the fire lane and the building that hinder the elevated operation of fire trucks.
(3) Whether the issue of illegal parking on fire lanes has been effectively resolved, and whether there are situations of long-term neglect and unresolved delays.
(4) For fire lane entrances and exits under enclosed management, whether emergency opening measures are implemented to ensure immediate access during critical situations.
(5) Whether the indoor fire hydrant system in high-rise residential buildings can supply water normally, whether equipment such as fire hoses, water guns, and reels is complete, whether the water storage capacity of fire pools and fire water tanks meets design requirements, and whether alarm control equipment, fire pumps, pressure maintenance pumps, and stabilization facilities are in normal condition.
(6) Whether the management units of the buildings or the property service enterprises of the residential areas are fulfilling their management responsibilities for fire lanes and the indoor fire hydrant system in high-rise residential buildings in accordance with the law.
