II. Actuator of the copper foil stainless steel ball valve
The copper foil stainless steel ball valve adopts the new ALPHA series pneumatic actuator, available in double-acting and single-acting (spring return) types, with reliable gear rack transmission. Large-diameter valves use the AW series pneumatic actuator with fork-type transmission, featuring a rational structure and high output torque, available in double-acting and single-acting types.
1. Gear-type double piston provides high output torque and compact size. 2. The cylinder is made of aluminum alloy, offering light weight and an attractive appearance. 3. Manual operating mechanisms can be installed at the top or bottom. 4. Rack-type connection allows adjustment of the opening angle and rated flow. 6. ISO5211 standard connection facilitates easy installation and replacement of the product. 7. Adjusting screws at both ends allow standard products to have an adjustable range of ±4° at 0° and 90°, ensuring synchronization accuracy with the valve.
