Hard seal grade: Unless otherwise specified by the user, the following table standards apply. If required by the user, it can be executed according to GB/T 4213-2007 Grade V standards. Strength test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure. Sealing tests for the packing and flange are conducted at 1.1 times the nominal pressure. Valve seat sealing is tested based on the maximum operating differential pressure. If the maximum operating differential pressure is unclear, testing is performed at 1.0 MPa (water pressure). If the maximum differential pressure is less than 0.6 MPa, testing is conducted at 0.6 MPa. The test medium is water with corrosion and scale inhibitors.
