Product Overview:
The CV84X Grooved Rubber Flap Check Valve mainly consists of three components: the valve body, valve cover, and valve flap. The rubber flap uses steel plate as the pressure-bearing component and reinforced nylon fabric as the substrate, with an outer layer formed by hot vulcanization integral rubber coating technology. The valve seat adopts ceramic spraying technology to extend the valve's service life. This valve features a full-flow area design, resulting in minimal head loss and resistance to debris accumulation. Additionally, it offers easy installation, material savings, and space efficiency, making it widely suitable for drainage and fire protection systems in municipal, civil, and industrial applications.
Due to its short stroke, the valve achieves full closure with a stroke angle of 35°. Its rapid closing speed allows installation at the pump outlet to reduce water hammer damage to the pump. Furthermore, this valve can be installed on bypass pipes of inlet and outlet pipes of reservoirs to assist in preventing backflow of pool water into the water supply system.
