Introduction to the Working Principle of Sewage Ejectors:

Sewage lifting integrated intelligent equipment mainly consists of a water tank, lifting pump, auxiliary drainage pump, control cabinet, and corresponding solid-liquid separation devices, water distributors, valves, etc. The main configurations of the equipment include built-in dual pumps, external pumps, and built-in single pumps.

It operates in two cycles:

Inlet cycle: Sewage containing impurities enters the water tank through the equipment inlet. The backwash device first isolates the impurities, allowing impurity-free sewage to enter the water tank.

Drainage cycle: When the water level in the tank reaches the set high level, the pump starts draining. Impurity-free sewage backflushes the backwash device, discharging the impurities along with the sewage to the outdoor septic tank.

While the equipment is in the drainage cycle, the inlet process continues. During each drainage cycle, for equipment with multiple pumps, the pumps operate alternately or in groups.
