Introduction to the Working Principle of Sewage Ejectors:

Sewage lifting integrated intelligent equipment mainly consists of a water tank, lifting pump, auxiliary drainage pump, control cabinet, and corresponding solid-liquid separation devices, water distributors, valves, etc. The main configurations include built-in dual pumps, external pumps, and built-in single pumps.

It operates in two cycles:

Inlet cycle: Wastewater containing impurities enters the water tank through the equipment inlet. The backwash device first isolates the impurities, allowing impurity-free wastewater to enter the tank;

Drainage cycle: When the water level in the tank reaches the set high level, the pump starts draining. Impurity-free wastewater backflushes the backwash device, discharging the impurities along with the wastewater to the outdoor septic tank;

While the equipment is in the drainage cycle, the inlet process continues. During each drainage cycle, for equipment with multiple pumps, the pumps operate alternately or in groups.
