Grease Interceptor Structural Principle: The grease interceptor mainly consists of an inlet, debris box, partition, tank plate, cover plate, outlet, and drainage mask. It can be broadly divided into two functional zones: the interception separation zone and the purification drainage zone. The interception separation zone primarily intercepts and removes solid debris (such as food scraps) from oily wastewater and gradually separates oil, sludge, and water using gravity separation. The purification drainage zone further precipitates and separates the treated intermediate water, which is filtered and discharged through the drainage mask, achieving a high level of purification for oily wastewater.

Oil Removal Device adopts a chain wheel type oil removal mechanism. Floating oil is pushed into the oil trough by the oil removal machine. When the ball valve is opened, the oil automatically flows into an external collection barrel, eliminating the need for manual cleaning. The oil removal zone can be equipped with a heating device to ensure smooth automatic oil discharge. When animal and vegetable oils solidify, the electric heating device melts them into liquid form, enabling automatic discharge from the tank. The filtration zone uses a non-replaceable disc filter element. Wastewater enters the secondary advanced filter for further treatment of minor floating oil, trace suspended solids, and emulsified oil. The lift discharge zone features a customized sewage lift pump that sends the treated wastewater into the sewer or municipal pipeline network.
