Features of Restaurant Grease Interceptors

(I) Structural Features

The grease interceptor is designed as a box structure that can be buried underground or installed above ground. After opening the anti-slip cover, wastewater flows into the residue collection chamber, where solid materials are retained. The wastewater then passes under the partition into the grease collection chamber, where a large amount of grease floats to the surface due to gravity separation. The de-oiled wastewater flows under another partition into the grease collection chamber for further separation, allowing additional grease to rise to the surface. The de-oiled wastewater then enters the clean water sampling chamber, which complies with the unified standards set by the National Environmental Protection Agency, facilitating sampling before being discharged through the outlet pipe.

The entire grease interceptor is meticulously designed, compact, and constructed from stainless steel and fiberglass.

Selection of Restaurant Grease Interceptor Types

1. Underground Buried Type

Condition: Requires underground burial space.

Location: Preferably installed at the beginning of the drainage branch pipe (source of pollution).

Features: Does not occupy usable space and does not interfere with movement or transportation.

2. Hanging Type (Standard, Fireproof, and Custom)

Condition: Suitable for second floor and above, with pre-installed mounting holes on the floor.

Location: Preferably placed at the end of the horizontal drainage branch pipe (source of pollution).

Features: Sturdy installation capable of supporting the equipment's weight without compromising floor quality or building lifespan.

Types: Available in standard, fireproof, and custom configurations as needed.

3. Floor-Mounted Type

Condition: No underground burial space available, but floor placement is possible.

Location: Installed before the drainage branch pipe, directly connected to sinks, stoves, or water stations.

4. Large-Scale Type

Condition: Suitable for both underground burial and floor placement.

Location: Installed at the end of the drainage branch pipe.

Features: Can be assembled on-site and used in underground clean water tanks or collection pools of high-rise buildings (such as negative first, second, or third floors), improving wastewater quality and extending the service life of submersible pumps.
