The oil-water separator is a universal grease purification tank specifically developed and produced by our company for restaurants, eateries, and canteens. Made entirely of stainless steel, it is aesthetically pleasing, practical, high-strength, long-lasting, compact in structure, small in footprint, and easy to install and use.

The oil-water separator product utilizes the principle of gravity, leveraging the density difference between oil and water to naturally separate and remove floating oil and some finely dispersed oil from wastewater through flotation. The product mainly consists of three chambers. When kitchen wastewater flows into the first chamber, a stainless steel filter screen intercepts and removes solid debris (such as vegetable leaves). After passing through the inclined tube into the second chamber, the density difference between oil and water facilitates separation. The wastewater flows downward along the inclined oil separation tube in the second chamber and enters the third chamber, where it is purified through a physical device before discharge. Oil droplets and particles in the second chamber accumulate and float upward along the inclined oil separation tube, remaining in the second chamber of the grease trap for manual removal. The stainless steel filter screen in the grease trap effectively intercepts food residues and debris, which can be easily scooped out with a strainer. If the filter screen becomes overly greasy, it can be removed, rinsed with hot water, and placed back. Depending on usage, if the surface layer of oil exceeds 5 cm in thickness, it must be drained. The bottom of the grease trap is equipped with two drain pipes with valves, which are normally closed; during thorough cleaning, the valves can be opened to discharge all water and sludge from the grease trap.
