1. Collection Tank

The collection tank is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel. It is equipped with a vent, drain port, and overflow port. The diameter of the vent pipe is related to the storage capacity of the collection tank and is generally not less than half the diameter of the wastewater inlet pipe.

2. Lift Pump

A WQ-type submersible sewage pump is used. When the lift pump is external, a WL-type vertical centrifugal sewage pump is employed. The lift pumps selected by Erxi Environmental are produced by listed companies or imported, ensuring quality and reliable after-sales service.

3. Solid-Liquid Separation Zone

The solid-liquid separation zone consists of a grid screen and a residue basket.

4. Oil-Water Separation Zone

The oil-water separation zone comprises a micro-bubble generator, automatic oil scraper, oil discharge device, heating device, and sealed oil collection tank. The micro-bubble generator in the oil-water separation zone continuously produces a large number of fine, uniform micro-bubbles. The grease in the wastewater is carried to the surface by the bubbles, creating a separation layer between water and grease. The heating device heats the grease on the surface to prevent it from solidifying. The heated grease is then collected into the sealed oil collection tank via the automatic oil scraper and oil discharge device. The oil discharge device features a self-locking function. When the oil collection tank reaches the set high liquid level, an audible and visual alarm is triggered automatically, and the oil discharge valve closes. After the waste oil is removed, the alarm is automatically deactivated, and the oil discharge valve reopens.
