Yongyong Rubber & Plastic is an intelligent manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-precision silicone rubber products. Established in 1993, the company operates three major manufacturing bases in Dongguan Chang'an, Shatian, and Vietnam, with over 30 years of expertise in the silicone rubber industry. The total factory area exceeds 13,000 square meters, and the company employs more than 500 people. It is primarily engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of silicone and rubber products, offering expert advisory services and comprehensive solutions ranging from material technology to product manufacturing for silicone rubber products.

Products are applied across numerous fields including communications, electronics, automotive, garden tools, new energy, white goods, and office equipment. The company mainly produces silicone rubber products, automotive rubber parts, industrial rubber seals, consumer electronic silicone products, photocopier rollers, silicone buttons, PVC tubes, silicone tubes, drip glue, and die-cut products. It is a long-term strategic partner of the Japanese brand INOAC and an important supplier for Japanese automotive customers.

After 30 years of development, Yongyong Rubber & Plastic has not only expanded in scale but also accumulated strong manufacturing capabilities. The company currently has over 60 vacuum forming machines, 6 injection molding machines, and multiple auxiliary production equipment such as pre-forming machines and mixing mills. It also features production processes including dispensing lines, oil spray printing, grinding, die-cutting, and silicone rubber extrusion lines, providing customers with one-stop supporting services that significantly reduce development time and costs.

Currently, to meet customer demands, we are developing a second factory in Vietnam, which will primarily produce extrusion foam products such as sports consumables, foam tubes, air conditioning insulation tubes, anti-collision strips, and stroller handles.
