The VOCs catalyst uses honeycomb ceramics as the carrier and is manufactured through a special process to form a 1-2 nm Pt-Pd-based high-activity component, enhancing the dispersion of the active component on the carrier surface. On this basis, a high specific surface area material is coated to expand the specific surface area of the carrier and increase its adsorption capacity. Simultaneously, rare earth co-catalysts are added to achieve high oxygen storage, high specific surface area, and high dispersion characteristics on the catalyst surface. It is particularly suitable for purifying toxic and harmful waste gases containing organic compounds such as aromatics and alkanes, as well as carbon monoxide, emitted by industries including chemical, food, machinery, instrumentation, household appliances, baking and spray painting, printing, and color steel manufacturing.
