VOC catalysts use honeycomb ceramics as the carrier and are manufactured through a special process to form 1-2 nm Pt-Pd-based high-activity components, enhancing the dispersion of active components on the carrier surface. Additionally, a high surface area expansion coating is applied to increase the carrier's specific surface area and adsorption capacity. Rare earth co-catalysts are also incorporated to achieve high oxygen storage capacity, high specific surface area, and high dispersion characteristics on the catalyst surface. These catalysts are particularly suitable for purifying toxic and harmful exhaust gases containing organic compounds such as aromatic hydrocarbons and alkanes emitted by industries including chemical, food, machinery, instrumentation, household appliances, baking and spray painting, printing, and color steel manufacturing. The fundamental principle of exhaust gas purification is catalytic combustion. The heat generated during the catalytic combustion process can be comprehensively utilized.
