I. Product Introduction

The 300kN simply supported steel truss non-destructive static loading test system is primarily used for mechanical loading tests and scientific research experiments in civil engineering-related disciplines. It facilitates mechanical performance tests on components such as walls, concrete beams, and steel structure trusses, and can also be used for column, beam, truss, frame, and joint tests.

II. Technical Parameters:

1. The existing laboratory loading frame is modified for reinforced concrete beam bending tests on normal and oblique cross-sections until failure. The cylinder is installed under the upper crossbeam, with the cylinder, loading hinge, sensor, and distribution beam integrated into a single unit. All components can move vertically along with the loading cylinder.

2. One hydraulic loading cylinder, a double-acting tension-compression cylinder, with a hollow piston rod featuring internal threads and an installed screw rod to adjust the cylinder's range of motion. It can be connected to a tension-compression load cell, with quick-connect couplings for the hydraulic lines. Compression load: 300kN, tension load: 150kN, operating pressure at full load: 25MPa, cylinder pressure resistance: 30MPa, piston stroke: 150mm, manual stroke: 150mm, starting pressure: less than 0.1MPa.

3. One manual hydraulic pump, supply pressure: 63MPa, capacity: 3L.

4. Reaction frame composition: consists of one worktable base, four columns, two side beams, one main span girder, and one horizontal side beam, all fabricated by welding box sections. One pair of column extension bases, installed at the bottom of the columns to increase column height, box-shaped, dimensions: 400X200X150mm.

5. One set of cylinder suspension plates, used to mount the cylinder to the upper crossbeam via threaded rods, with adjustable loading point position, load capacity: 300kN.

6. One set of distribution beam, equipped with a pair of orthogonal hinge supports. The distance between hinge supports is adjustable in modules, loading point distance: 500-1100mm adjustable in modules. It can be directly connected to the load cell, overall dimensions: 250*260*1200mm, load capacity: 300kN, all working surfaces are machined.

7. One set of cylinder loading hinge, consisting of a pivot shaft and two lockable lug plates that rotate around the pivot shaft. Load capacity: 300kN, loading angle continuously adjustable and lockable.

8. One pair of universal hinge supports, universal components used in pairs. The fixed hinge support employs a cross-cylindrical hinge structure with two mutually perpendicular axes of rotation. The sliding end hinge support uses a cylindrical needle roller rotating hinge structure, compressive load capacity: 300kN, bidirectional rotation angle ≥15°, sliding travel greater than ±40mm.
