Aramid Conveyor Belt (DPP) Product Features:

Aramid flame-retardant conveyor belts use aramid fiber as the skeleton material, offering the following advantages:

Lightweight belt body: Aramid fiber density is 1.44g/cm3, one-fifth that of steel wire, making it 25% lighter than steel cord conveyor belts of the same grade.

High strength: Aramid fiber strength can reach 193.6 cN/tex, with a breaking elongation of 4%; single-layer canvas strength can reach 4000 N/mm.

High temperature resistance: Aramid belt decomposition temperature exceeds 500°C, continuous use temperature up to 300°C.

High flame retardancy: Compared to traditional polyester and nylon fibers, aramid fiber has excellent flame-retardant properties.

Impact and tear resistance: Aramid conveyor belts feature a tight skeleton layer, effectively preventing puncture by foreign objects or longitudinal tearing.
