An impact crusher is a type of crushing machinery that utilizes impact energy to break materials. Its working principle involves stones directly falling from the upper part of the machine into a high-speed rotating rotor. Under the effect of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide at high velocity with another part of the stones that are分流 around the rotor in an umbrella-like pattern, resulting in high-density crushing. After mutual impact, the stones form a vortex motion between the rotor and the casing, leading to repeated mutual strikes, friction, and crushing, eventually discharging from the lower part.
