SYNTHITE AC-46-1/60 mPa-S is an excellent fast-curing, air-drying polyurethane conformal coating that is resistant to high temperatures, moisture, and fungi, suitable for the conformal coating requirements of all electronic and electrical components.

Application Process

SYNTHITE AC-46-1/60 mPa-S can be applied using dipping, brushing, or spraying processes.

It can be used directly or diluted with thinner T-100 as required.

For spraying processes, the recommended dilution ratio is typically 20-25%.

During application, it is advised that the film thickness does not exceed 0.0381 mm to ensure thorough solvent release and complete curing.

Since SYNTHITE AC-46-1/60 mPa-S is an air-drying product, it can cure within 60 minutes for subsequent handling. For optimal chemical and abrasion resistance, it is recommended to air dry for at least 24 hours.

If using the product via spraying, ensure the spraying area is clean: filters and waste generated on-site should be wetted with water and placed in a safe container for disposal.

Storage & Lifespan

Unopened drum products have a shelf life of 12 months when stored below 21°C. Spray packaging products have a shelf life of 12 months below 21°C. Specific requirements are as follows:

· Store below 21°C. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and open flames.
