This product is mainly used in HDPE, PP, EVA, PS, ABS, and engineering plastic injection molding products. It makes the surface of the products smooth and free of dents, improves the issue of uneven shrinkage caused by cooling during injection molding, reduces shrinkage deformation, and enhances dimensional stability. It is particularly effective for thick-walled products.

This product is also used in plastic foaming, with strong foaming assistance, fine and dense cells, high foaming rate, and no shrinkage. It matches the quality of imported products, can serve as a substitute for imports, and offers stable quality and high purity.

Application Features: 1. Good compatibility with resins, reduces intermolecular friction, shortens production cycles, and increases yield; 2. The dosage should be adjusted according to the thickness of the plastic products to achieve optimal results. The general addition amount is 0.1-0.4%, and it can be increased to about 0.9%; 3. This product does not affect the various physical properties of plastic products and has no impact on color. The surface remains smooth; 4. This product is environmentally friendly and harmless.

Those unfamiliar with injection molding often attribute this to mold issues or high material shrinkage rates. Due to complex molds, injection pressure inevitably decreases in the mold cavity. In complex cavities, insufficient pressure combined with material shrinkage during cooling inevitably leads to issues like shrinkage marks and deformation. Modifying the mold or creating a new one is costly, and there is no guarantee that it will solve the problem. Adding an anti-shrinkage agent, which expands in the injection mold cavity, can effectively address shrinkage and deformation issues. Traditional anti-shrinkage agents may reduce shrinkage but often cause surface patterns, affecting appearance.
