Application: Provides excellent toughening effect for nylon, epoxy structural adhesives, and MC nylon.

Addition ratio: 0.4%–0.8%

When added to nylon resin, it easily forms a "quasi-network" distribution structure, disperses uniformly in the nylon resin, not only significantly improving the toughness of the final composite material but also maintaining high tensile strength.

Tests show that after adding 0.5% BP-203H toughening agent, the impact strength of MC nylon increased by 405%, bending strength increased by 45%, elongation at break increased by 43.5% compared to pure MC nylon, while tensile strength and hardness only decreased by 7% and 1.8%, respectively.
