| Product Introduction: | R507 has a standard boiling point of -46.7°C, which is very close to the standard evaporation temperature of R502. Under the same operating conditions, its volumetric refrigeration capacity is slightly larger than that of R502, and the compressor discharge temperature is slightly lower than that of R502; however, the condensation pressure is slightly higher than that of R502, resulting in a slightly higher pressure ratio compared to R502. R507 is a new refrigerant introduced as a replacement for R502. It can be used in all applications where R502 was previously employed. It is compatible with most materials in the original system but requires changes to the dryer and other minor components. | |
| Application: | R507, like R404A, is an environmentally friendly refrigerant used to replace R502, commonly applied in medium and low-temperature commercial refrigeration systems. However, R507 can typically achieve lower temperatures than R404A. R507 is suitable for new medium and low-temperature commercial refrigeration equipment (supermarket freezers and refrigerators, cold storage, display cases, transportation), ice-making equipment, transport refrigeration equipment, marine refrigeration equipment, or retrofitted systems. It is applicable in all environments where R502 can operate normally. Lubricant: Compressor manufacturers generally recommend using Polyol Ester (POE) refrigeration oil. During retrofitting, the ester oil should contain less than 5% mineral oil, and multiple flushes with ester oil are usually required. | |
