TX740S TEXWIPE CLEANTIPS Series Sponge-Tipped Swabs

TX740S is composed of 100 ppi open-cell polyurethane sponge, with the sponge thermally bonded to a plastic handle, eliminating contamination from adhesives or coatings. Washed and packaged in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom environment, it features extremely low levels of microparticles and ions, as well as low non-volatile residue. It exhibits excellent compatibility with most solvents, including acetone, and offers superior solvent absorption and retention capabilities.

The open-cell sponge head of the TX740S provides a larger contact surface and adsorption space, allowing contaminants to quickly enter the sponge pores during wiping for effective cleaning. The robust sponge head ensures excellent liquid absorption and cushioning. The elongated PP plastic handle offers greater flexibility, enabling access to hard-to-reach areas for cleaning. The flexible and elastic sponge head tightly conforms to the surface being wiped, increasing contact area for better cleaning performance and higher efficiency.
