D-1 MIST Short-term Vapor Phase Rust Inhibitor

Features

1. Highly resistant to condensation

Even if condensation occurs on D1 mist-coated areas, it maintains rust prevention without dripping downward. (Effective for rust prevention in environments where air conditioning management is difficult due to power saving, etc.)

2. Excellent heat resistance (Operating temperature range: Room temperature ~130°C)

3. High safety, does not contain regulated organic compounds, non-compliant with PRTR Law, compliant with Food Sanitation Act, and meets standards for food,

4. Reduces processing time and shortens secondary processing time

Approximately 3 strokes (colorless) can remove the rust inhibitor. Additionally, since it does not contain cutting oils or waxes, it does not seep from ejector pins or sliders and will not stain molded products.
