    This rust inhibitor uses no oil or wax. It is the only liquid vapor-phase rust inhibitor that protects metal surfaces through the complementary effects of rust-preventive film-forming components and rust-inhibiting vapor—only BARRIER GUARD PART II delivers this.

Features:

     1. Excellent heat resistance. It provides rust prevention regardless of mold temperature (up to approximately 130°C).

     2. High safety. It contains no nitrites or nitrates such as dicyclohexylammonium nitrite and is virtually non-toxic.

      3. Significantly reduces mold preparation time. After 3 injections (colorless) or 7 pre-injections (colored), the rust inhibitor completely vaporizes. It does not cause oil contamination on molded products.

      4. Shortens secondary processing time. Painting, printing, bonding, and other secondary processes can be performed from the first or second injection after mold clamping.

      5. No impact on plastics. Even if BarrierGuard accidentally adheres to the product, the effect is minimal. There is no concern over dissolution or cracking.

      6. Does not clog air vents. It performs effectively even on textured or mirror-finished molds without requiring cleaning. When used on injection molds, it prevents oil contamination from the very first injection after clamping.
