Zhejiang Dayang Biotech Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1976 and was transformed into a limited liability company in 2003. Dayang completed the restructuring of a company limited by shares in 2009, with 4 wholly-owned subsidiaries. At present, Dayang is a national high-tech enterprise, a Zhejiang "contract-honoring and trustworthy" enterprise, a "Made in Zhejiang" brand, a Zhejiang "Invisible Champion" cultivation enterprise, and a Zhejiang patent demonstration enterprise. Dayang was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2020, stock abbreviation: Dayang Bio, stock code: 003017.

As a chemical material manufacturing company, Dayang is mainly engaged in the production of inorganic salt products; through forming a "one body and two wings" industrial structure with potash as the main product, veterinary drugs and fluorine-containing fine chemicals as co-developed products, Dayang has certificated to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22000, ISO45001 and other international system.  Now, we are producing a series of potassium carbonate and potassium bicarbonate products in multiple specifications such as food additive grade, industrial grade, agricultural grade, and feed additive grade; our high-efficient anti-coccidial amprolium hydrochloride products have obtained the US FDA certification and veterinary drug GMP certification; at the same time, we have developed a series of products with high fluidity, high quality and low impurity in response to the different market requirements for amprolium hydrochloride. Moreover, our veterinary drug premixes certified by the veterinary drug GMP system are all exported overseas. Our fluorine-containing fine chemicals mainly include 2-chloro-6-fluorobenzaldehyde and other series of varieties. Dayang develops products in international strategic thinking and has successfully exported products into dozens of countries and regions around the world.

Up to now, Dayang has established Zhejiang Postdoctoral Workstation, Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Provincial High-tech Research and Development Center and Zhejiang Dayang Technology Potassium Salt Research Institute.  With strong research and development strength, Dayang has researched and developed a number of patented technologies independently; moreover, Dayang is a major drafter of national technical standard and energy consumption standard of potassium carbonate.
