        Hangzhou Qiandao Pump Industry Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in the production of related specialized equipment.       1. Vacuum equipment includes: water jet vacuum units. Based on single units, and according to users' process upgrade needs, we design and manufacture various models of double, triple, quadruple, six-unit, and eight-unit sets. The water tank can be designed as a long shape with round heads at both ends, equipped with a manhole on the top and a liquid level gauge on the side. Inside the tank, 5-50 square meters of graphite-modified cooling coils and straight-through tube bundles can be installed. For multi-unit vacuum sets, depending on process requirements, all units can be operated simultaneously, or some can be activated while others are paused, allowing flexible operation.

      2. Vertical environmentally friendly and energy-saving water jet vacuum units are scientifically designed, durable, and equipped with graphite-modified cooling coils inside. This equipment facilitates the unified recovery and treatment of wastewater and exhaust gas, ensuring that technical parameters (vacuum degree, air extraction volume) meet standards and remain stable. Durability and long service life are key advantages of this equipment.

      3. To meet the needs of different media and high vacuum requirements, we offer Roots water jet vacuum units, including single-stage, two-stage, and three-stage models, as well as other related high-vacuum equipment.

       4. Environmental protection equipment produced includes: WWQX series exhaust gas absorption complete sets and WQX series waste gas absorption complete sets. These are designed based on the user's daily total volume of exhaust and waste gas, as well as the medium, concentration, and temperature, for absorption and purification treatment. They can also be designed for absorption, recovery, and reuse. The treatment capacity of these absorption systems ranges from 100 cubic meters per hour to several thousand cubic meters. The absorption levels can be extended from 1 to 12 stages, depending on process requirements and the type of waste gas. The maximum design capacity can reach 10-12 stages of absorption treatment. Our company's various exhaust and waste gas purification equipment has been highly praised by users nationwide who have used these complete sets and has also received full recognition from local environmental protection departments.

      5. Conventional waste gas absorption treatment equipment also includes various models and specifications, such as waste gas absorption spray towers, falling film absorption towers, swirl plate towers, graphite-modified heat exchangers, and other conventional and non-standard equipment. The maximum cylinder diameter can be up to 3 meters, with a height of 16 meters. The cylinder material is PPH, formed by one-time winding without seams and equipped with UV resistance.                                   

       6. Storage equipment produced includes: various models and specifications, with cylinders formed by large winding machines in one go. These include vacuum計(jì)量 tanks, buffer tanks, storage tanks, and mixing tanks, with volumes ranging from 100L to 50m3, available in vertical, horizontal, hanging, and other styles and specifications.

      7. Pump equipment includes: various models, head capacities, flow rates, and corrosion-resistant series of circulation pumps, as well as the high-performance ZF series corrosion-resistant self-priming pumps. The pump structures are advanced and durable.
